ISP is a global distributor of CloudServe – the IT industries leading Software as a Service (SaaS) portal. CloudServe enables our Channel Partners to solve business problems for their customers by providing a unique hybrid approach to IT maintenance. Consolidating multiple platform support agreements and service delivery into a single view within CloudServe, partnering with both OEM & Third Party Maintenance (TPM) vendors to bring a true one-stop-shop for all IT support.

The main focus is to help our clients maximize their reoccurring revenue that comes from support contracts – keeping them connected and first in line for the eventual technology refresh event. The CloudServe solution is white-labeled for each of our channel partners and resides on their respective websites, building customer loyalty and stickiness.
